OOI LO YINN, FELISHA
Education Background: LLB (Hons) Malaya
Lo Yinn graduated from University of Malaya in 2010. She completed her pupillage in the Chambers of Messrs William Leong & Co and was admitted as Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in July 2011.
Lo Yinn gained her experience in conveyancing since the first year of practice till to date. She is familiar in all aspects of property law ranging from developers’ sale transactions to individual and commercial transactions and various related agreement in respect of immovable property.
Apart from drafting property agreements, Lo Yinn is also involved in attending to the various loan documentations including Commercial Banking Loan and Islamic Retail Loan in dealing with financial institutions namely, CIMB Bank Berhad, Malayan Banking Berhad, Hong Leong Bank Berhad, OCBC Bank (M) Berhad, RHB Bank Berhad, United Overseas Bank (Malaysia) Bhd, Public Bank Berhad and Ambank (M) Berhad.
Lo Yinn is also involved in general corporate advisory work and drafting of commercial agreements including joint-venture agreements, share sale agreements, business agreement,retail lots lease agreement, Gross Turnover Rent (“GTO”) agreement and etc.
CHAI MEI CHING, ELVIS
Education Background: LLB (Hons) Malaya
Mei Ching graduated from the University of Malaya with LL.B (Hons) in 2010, and admitted as Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in year 2011.
Mei Ching has acted in a wide range of disputes both in Courts and in arbitration. Mei Ching with his extensive experience, he has appeared in disputes involving commercial transactions, family related disputes and commercial & corporate dispute, from the State Subordinate Courts through to the Putrajaya Palace of Justice.
Mei Ching has a broad range of experience in handling civil and commercial disputes and is an experienced trial and appellate lawyer. Mei Ching regularly advises private individuals, major companies and other unincorporated associations in commercial, contractual and tortious matters. Mei Ching has represented clients in, employment disputes, various shareholder and company related actions and contested estate litigation. He also handles advisory work for clients in relation to, inter alia, regulatory and legal matters involving Land laws, commercial property transactions and probate & administration and wills.
LEE JI XUAN, SHAWN
Education Background: LLB (Hons) Aberystwyth, Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP)
Ji Xuan graduated from University of Aberystwyth with L.L.B Law Degree, having obtained the Malaysian Certificate in Legal Practice (“CLP”) in 2012. He was admitted as Advocate and Solicitors of High Court of Malaya in March 2014.
Ji Xuan has been involved in various types of conveyancing matters since his admission to the Malaysian Bar and has participated in the drafting of all types of property transfer agreement. He also reviews corporate or commercial agreements for the clients and provides them with proper and suitable legal advices.
Ji Xuan also handles family related disputes and regularly represents clients in probate and administration matters.

Yi Tian graduated from the University of London with LL.B (Hons) in 2008, then she pursued her Certificate of Legal Practice and she was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2011.
Yi Tian assists in the Corporate Real Estate practice and has advised and represented property developers, statutory corporations, property funds, property investors, asset managers, local and foreign real estate investment trusts, government linked companies and listed and private corporations
Yi Tian is also experienced in handling Developers’ sale and purchase transaction for Developers and as well as sub sale transaction for lands, commercial and residential properties, including loan documentations for banks.
LEE CHEAW HONG

Education Background: LLB (Hons) MMU
Cheaw Hong graduated from Multimedia University Malacca Campus in 2016. He was admitted as Advocate and Solicitor of High Court of Malaya in June 2017.
He was exposed to litigation matters since his admission to the Malaysian Bar. His area of practice mainly on commercial dispute including recovery of debt, breach of contract and dispute between the shareholders and matrimonial matters, i.e. contested divorce, non-contested divorce, probate, letter of administration and adoption. He also handles running down matters.
TAN TEAK LOON, DARREN

Darren Tan graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Honour) from University of Hertfordshire in United Kingdom in 2016 and completed his Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP) in 2017. He commenced his pupillage under the guidance of Mr Gan Cong Chieh in Messrs MahWengKwai & Associates where he was exposed to both conveyancing and litigation matters.
Darren was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in November 2018. Upon admission to the Malaysian Bar, he joined Messrs LY Ooi & Chai as conveyancing and corporate lawyer. Darren is currently developing his practice in conveyancing practice which includes the drafting of sales and purchase agreements, Developers’ sales and purchase transactions, loan documentations for banks such as Public Bank Berhad, CIMB Bank Berhad, Hong Leong Bank Berhad, United Overseas Bank (M) Bhd, RHB Bank Berhad and OCBC Bank (Malaysia) Berhad .
NG XUE JEN, JANE

Jane graduated from University of London in 2015. She then earned her Certificate in Legal Practice in 2017 and went on to read in the Chambers of Messrs Iza Ng Yeoh & Kit under the tutelage of a partner who is in the real estate practice, though she was also given the liberty to gain exposure in other areas of practice, such as civil litigation and corporate. She was then admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2018 and kicked off her legal career in Messrs LY Ooi & Chai as a real estate and corporate lawyer.
Currently, she is developing her skills of various conveyancing practice including perfection of titles, wills writing, drafting of leasing agreements, sales and purchase agreements, Developer’s sales and purchase transactions and both conventional and islamic loan documentations for banks such as Public Bank Berhad, CIMB Bank Berhad, Hong Leong Bank Berhad, United Overseas Bank (M) Bhd, RHB Bank Berhad and OCBC Bank (Malaysia) Berhad and as well as advising financial institutions on compliance and drawdown of financing facilities.

Bao Shan graduated from Multimedia University Malacca Campus in 2019. She completed her pupillage in our firm and was admitted as Advocate and Solicitor of High Court Malaya in August 2020.
Bao Shan has been involved in various type of conveyancing matters since her pupillage. She also exposes to civil litigation matters including family law matters, probate.
