Messrs LY Ooi & Chai began when the Partners, Ooi Lo Yinn, Chai Mei Ching and Lee Ji Xuan left their former firm at Messrs Lee & Partners to start their own partnership, whereby the legal assistant, Lim Yi Tian who has been assisting Chai Mei Ching since May, 2015 until present.
